Big news! We are excited to announce a change in ownership, whereby longtime employee Scott Gaylard has transitioned into the role of owner, effective October 2020.Scott has been an invaluable asset to Remote Group since joining in 2011 as  General Manager. Since then, Scott has brought a passion for growth and positive company change. What was an initial program of twenty employees when Scott began has grown to fifty, and in 2016 Scott worked to diversify our services into the United States with various projects such as chlorine dioxide.

From the early days in his career at Remote Group, Scott has been invested in pursuing growth, acquiring a stake in the company and quickly earning his stripes as a fully engaged leader and mentor.  Having worked in the camp & catering industry in BC and Alberta for over twenty-seven years, Scott understands the landscape and what is required to succeed. Even with unprecedented volatility caused by Covid-19, Scott has continued to grow Remote Groups operations throughout Canada. As the industry struggles to meet the challenges of COVID-19, Scott’s plan for the future of Remote Group is bright. Among other initiatives, Scott plans to promote the importance of supporting local communities and businesses,  while pushing to expand Remote Group’s services to industrial, commercial, and residential areas.

Scott has the drive and expertise to make Remote Group the leader in Canada’s water treatment industry. Remote Group is confident Scott will exceed expectations in his new role and we look forward to seeing where his leadership takes the organization in the future.

Remote Group leads Canada wastewater, produced water, and fracturing water treatment industry by utilizing premier technology and experienced personnel to supply, operate and maintain a mobile fleet of chlorine dioxide generators and wastewater treatment plants.
